1. Made-to-Order Purchasing

All products sold on our store are made to order through our fulfillment partner Printify. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice.

2. Intellectual Property & AI Usage

Users retain ownership of their original text prompts, but AI-generated artwork is licensed exclusively for ordering products from our site. Users may not upload copyrighted logos, trademarks, or inappropriate content.

3. Limitation of Liability

Snarky Humans is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the items ordered.
